We want you to buy Mizan because it saves you time, not because you are stuck with it. The 14-day free trial exists so you can test it on a real gallery before paying. If you buy and it is not right for you, here is how refunds work.
First purchase: 14-day money-back guarantee
If this is your first Mizan subscription and you request a refund within 14 days of your first payment, we refund the full amount, no questions asked. Email support@mizanai.app from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. Your license stops working when the refund is issued.
Renewals
Annual plans. We email you at least [30] days before each renewal. If a renewal charge was unwanted, tell us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full and cancel the subscription. After 14 days, annual renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop the next one and keep using Mizan until the paid year ends.
Monthly plans. Monthly charges are not refunded once the month has started. Cancel at any time to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the month you paid for.
Cancelling
Cancel online, without contacting us, from Settings → License → Manage subscription in the app, or from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges and does not by itself trigger a refund; use the steps above if you are also within a refund window.
Founding member plan
The Founding member price is locked only while your subscription is continuously active. A refund or cancellation releases your founding seat; if you later re-subscribe it will be at the then-current price, and only if founding seats remain.
When we may decline a refund
We may decline refunds for repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, for keys that were shared or used on more Macs than the plan allows, or where the request follows a chargeback. We will always tell you why.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us, the license is suspended while the dispute is open. Please email us first; we respond within one business day and refunds are faster than disputes.
Consumers in the EU, UK and elsewhere
If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that gives you a statutory right of withdrawal or other non-waivable rights, this policy adds to those rights and never reduces them. Because Mizan is digital content delivered immediately, we ask at checkout for your express consent to immediate delivery, and we honour the 14-day money-back guarantee above regardless.
Taxes
Refunds include any sales tax or VAT charged on the refunded amount.
