EVENTS, PARTIES & CONFERENCES

Give every part of the event its place.

A celebration and a conference need different chapter structures. Mizan AI brings edited JPEGs from your cameras together and helps you prepare organized folders for the people receiving the gallery.

Choose the structure that fits the shoot.

Use Event & Party for celebrations built around arrivals, speeches, entertainment and group photos. Use Conference & Corporate when the assignment follows keynotes, panels, networking and exhibitors. The template sets the context for your review.

Think about the recipient before exporting. An event organizer may be looking for a speaker’s photographs, while a sponsor needs pictures of its stand. A folder structure that follows the event’s purpose is easier to navigate than an unexplained set of camera filenames.

Check the context of conference photographs.

A person at a microphone could be giving a keynote, joining a panel or speaking during a reception. Image content does not always settle that distinction. Check the chapter assignments against your knowledge of the event and the client brief.

Pay particular attention to photographs made between sessions and in parallel rooms. Camera-clock alignment can help with chronology, but it cannot turn simultaneous sessions into a single meaningful narrative. Your review determines the final chapter placement.

  • Confirm the keynote and panel photographs are in the intended chapters.
  • Review networking images separately from formal group photographs.
  • Check exhibitor, sponsor and venue images against the delivery brief.
  • Look through transitions between daytime sessions and social receptions.

Keep the flow of a celebration readable.

For an event or party, review the progression from the venue and arrivals to speeches, entertainment and candid moments. A toast can happen beside a dinner table; a group photograph may be made on the dance floor. Correct assignments where the purpose of the photograph matters more than the setting.

Start with the finished JPEGs rather than asking Mizan to choose the images for you. Selection, retouching and any contractual delivery decisions remain part of your photography workflow.

Check the export against the brief.

Mizan exports organized copies while preserving your original input files. Open the result and confirm that all promised parts of the event are represented. Check the final files before uploading them to your usual delivery service or handing over a drive.
